Where to buy liquidation pallets
Most UK resellers start with BStock, Amazon liquidation auctions, or direct liquidators. Read the listing carefully. A pallet of graded, tested stock is a very different buy from a pallet of untested customer returns.
Grade and sort on arrival
Before you list anything, sort the pallet into condition tiers so you know what you are working with.
- New and sealed. Lists fastest and holds the most value.
- Like new or used. Photograph honestly and note any wear.
- For parts or damaged. Set it aside for spares or bulk lots rather than full-price listings.
Which marketplaces to use
- eBay for the broadest reach across almost every category.
- Vinted for fashion, where the fees favour the seller.
- Facebook Marketplace for bulky or local items that cost too much to post.
- TikTok Shop for stock that suits video and impulse buying.
Price to sell, not to sit
Check sold prices, not the hopeful figures on active listings. Stock that sits on a shelf is money you cannot put into the next pallet. Pricing slightly under the last few sold comps moves items and frees up cash.
Move stock fast
The resellers who make pallets work treat listing as a production line. Batch your photos, list every day, and keep track of what sells so you buy better pallets next time.
