By creating an account or using Break it Down (“BID”, “the Service”), operated by Bargain Bill (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BID is a web-based inventory management and listing platform for liquidation pallet resellers. It provides manifest analysis, barcode scanning, AI-powered listing optimisation, and integrations with eBay and WooCommerce.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. You may cancel at any time from your billing page — access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No payment card is required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to BID (manifests, photos, listings, etc.). We do not sell your data. We store it securely to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; (d) resell access to the Service without written permission; (e) upload malicious code or content.
AI-generated listing titles and descriptions are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing to any marketplace. We are not responsible for AI-generated content that violates marketplace policies.
BID integrates with eBay and WooCommerce via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services. You are responsible for complying with eBay and WooCommerce seller policies.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
